RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
At manaat.com, we strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our Exchange policy:
Refund/Return Policy: We do not offer refunds or returns on any sold product. However, manaat.com allows exchanges for a larger or smaller size (subject to terms and conditions). If the desired size is unavailable, a credit note will be issued.
Size Exchange Request: For products not from the sale section and eligible for size exchange, please contact us at info@manaat.com within 2 working days or 48 working hours of delivery.
Return Process: Once acknowledged by the manaat.com team on the next working day, kindly return the product to us. Please note that we currently do not have a reverse pickup facility. Obtain an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person, including the number of products dispatched, their signature, and mobile number. manaat.com is not liable for any lost shipments.
Return Shipping Costs: The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility and is non-refundable. We recommend using traceable mail for returns.

Exchange Conditions:
Exchange must be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery.
Only unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged products with intact labels and tags, in the original packaging, are eligible for exchange.
Parcel Information:
Please include your name, address, contact number, email, and order ID on the parcel along with the requested size.
Note that exchange is allowed once per order.
Size Exchange Details:
Size exchange is available, allowing the customer to get a bigger or smaller size equal to the exchanged product's value, minus shipping/COD costs to and from.
Store Credit:
If the desired size is unavailable, store credit equal to the exchanged product's value (minus shipping/COD costs) will be issued, valid for 15 days from the date of receipt.
Shipping Costs:
The customer is responsible for the shipping costs (reverse pickup and shipping charges) for the product.
